Guardbanding Capability

Traditionally, guardbanding has been used primarily at end-of-line testing. But it can also play a critical role during in-line inspection which can reduce shipping suspect die to customers.  Our Applications team can assist setting up guardbanding capability integrated within the tool’s software “ProcessGuard”. Users will be able to select die directly on the EAGLEview image and generate a SEMI standard G85 probe map.
